July 28th, 2008
With his victory at the RBC Canadian Open over the weekend, Titleist ambassador Chez Reavie became the first player to win on the PGA Tour with a Titleist 909 driver. Use of the Titleist 909 drivers has continued to grow each week since being introduced on Tour back in June, including 17 in play at the RBC Canadian Open. Other Titleist ambassadors to put a new 909 driver in play on Tour include: Zach Johnson, Ryuji Imada, Davis Love III, Arron Oberholser, Troy Matteson, Dudley Hart, Tom Pernice, Jr., Brett Quigley, Bill Haas, Nicholas Thompson, and Webb Simpson.
Titleist 909 drivers will be available in select golf shops in October, full product details will be available on Titleist.com in September.

Can you please tell us if the Aldila VooDoo shaft that was used in the 909D2 to win in Reno this weekend is available to the public and is it going to be an option at the time of purchase? Also are the 909 fairways and hybrids going to also be available in October?
