Monday at The Barclays

We’re on-site this week at The Barclays, the first event of the PGA TOUR’s inaugural FedEx Cup playoff format. There was not much action at the course today as much of the field had not arrived yet. We did catch up, though, with Titleist ambassadors Zach Johnson, Bill Haas, and George McNeill on the range and in the Tour Van. Be sure to check out the photos from Monday.

These are good pictures, but I’d like to see even more!
What is the reason Adam Scott is adding a new 18.5° 906F4 fairway metal? Is he not satisfied with his hybrid or 2 iron, or is it because of the way Westchester sets up for Adam’s style of play?
Adam is undecided at this time whether he’ll put the 906F4 18.5° into play. He’s practicing with it this morning in the Pro-Am. He put a new 906F4 15.5° in the bag at the PGA Championship, replacing his 906F2 15°. He has not played what would be considered a 5-wood since the U.S. Open when he carried a 906F2 18°. We’ll keep an eye on it.
Titleist.com says that TAIII is now using Vokey Spin Milled wedges. Is this true? I know he has been using another manufacturer’s sand and lob wedges for quite some time and I was both shocked and excited to see that he may be finally using Vokey wedges. Also, has he switched back to a Scotty Cameron putter yet? How about some pics of him this week? That would be cool!
Tommy is using a Vokey Design 200 Series 54° and a Vokey Design Spin Milled 60°, but is still using another manufacturer’s putter. We’ll try to get some photos of him if he stops by the Tour Van.
