Laura Diaz Demonstrates How to Get Back in Shape Following a Hiatus on the Next Golf Fitness Academy

On the next all-new episode of Golf Fitness Academy, co-hosts Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips welcome LPGA star Laura Diaz to the show to demonstrate the three phases you need to work on to get back in shape after a long hiatus, such as a pregnancy or injury. Laura is joined by her 10-month-old son, Cooper, and her trainer, Brett Chepenik from Gracor Fitness, as they go through the program that got Laura, and her golf game, back into shape following her pregnancy. If you’ve been away from the gym, or the golf course, for an extended period of time, don’t miss this episode!

I have one of the TRX systems that Laura is using. Will she do the routine that is on the TPI DVD or some other variations? By the way this system is fantastic.
