It is a personal preference. In Arron's case, the head was made lighter to accommodate the increased length. As a rule, when we create production putters, shorter putters get heavier heads and longer putters get lighter heads. Also, Arron is working with Stan Utley. Depending on the player’s request, we will lighten the putter head for a longer length or simply make the putter longer while leaving the weight as is, creating a putter a bit on the heavy side.
